Despite singing in with my original account, it doesn’t know anything about my car. Despite entering the VIN numerous times on mobile data and WiFi, turning it off and turning it back on again, force closing the app, etc., it still fails to download anything. Best Regards, Your BMW Team ### 1/5 — Used to work now just crashes on opening *2023-08-16* This a was ok before, it never remember my login info, and didn’t offer a thumb print open so I had to hunt my pass word a lot, but once I logged in I easily navigated the manual.. but now It won’t open with out crashing. My IPad OS is up to date 15.7.8, and I reinstalled the app and rebooted the iPad. But the crashing is persistent. Bought my first MINI in June and was truly overwhelmed with all the features that were standard in the CMSALL4, plus Technology and Convenience optional packages. Love that the first time you use this app you enter your vehicle id number and it downloads a manual, specific to your car (including a photo of your specific car)!! Beautifully organized.
