This app doesn’t work always says “offline” everything is connected via wifi how can it be offline.

Sadly my experience using the iOS app is a mixed bag. Sometimes it connects via 4g and I can see the video feed but most times it does not. And yes the camera back home is within wifi range and my wife who is home has the handheld monitor and has no issues with that anywhere else in the house.

So yeah the iPhone app is very buggy and unreliable.

Doesn’t recognize the Nannio wifi network and won’t complete setup. Crashes.

I loved this camera and app and after just one month the app stopped working and it will no longer connect to my camera.  I received this camera in return for honest feedback and I was excited to use it, but now Im very dissapointed and I can’t even find a phone number to call customer support.

The camera needs some basic functions that would make it the best nanny cam out there without the needless frills. First off, A temperature differential would be helpful, since it seems to read high across the board. Or the ability to set what temp you get notification at at the least. Also the music that comes from the camera shouldn’t activate the sound notification. The camera is a bit meh. But with some updates could prove useful enough to be a winner.
