As soon as you hit the "take off" button, the app closes. You then have to open the app again while the drone is hovering. It takes about 30 seconds for the app to reconnect, all the while the drone is hovering and burning battery. When it finally connects, there is at least a 5 second lag when you move the controls, before the drone does anything. It is a sure fire way to crash your quad, or lose it.

**Developer response:** the "take off" crash (that was due to voice feedback in some language) as been solved in version 1.0.1
