## What is Mini Swap?

Mini Swap is a marketplace for parents who want to pass on the clothes their kids have outgrown and claim great bundles for their next size, without spending cash or adding to the pile.

HOW IT WORKS
1. List a bundle. Photograph what's inside and tell us the sizes and style.
2. Earn credits. When a claimer receives your bundle and marks it delivered, your credits land in your wallet.
3. Claim bundles. Browse by size and style, spend your credits to claim a bundle, and we'll generate a prepaid shipping label via EasyPost so the swap moves fast.
4. Rate and repeat. After delivery, both sides rate the swap, so the whole community can see who ships promptly and describes a bundle honestly.

WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT
1. A closet that grows with them: browse curated bundles for the size and season your kid's in right now. The seasonal outfit, the tiny first jacket, the sweater they wore in last year's holiday photos, all looking for their next family.
2. No mystery bags: every listing approved by our team before they go live, so you know exactly what's coming before you claim it. No goodwill dump bags or surprises.
List what they’ve outgrown:
3. List in minutes: snap the pile and we help you write it up. Earn credits to claim their next wardrobe. The clothes keep moving, and so do you.
4. Watch it make its way to a new family: follow every swap from claimed to delivered, and your credits land when the bundle reaches its new family. No chasing, no wondering if those items are in a landfill.

BUILT FOR FAMILIES

Mini Swap is free to download and free to list. Earn credits by swapping, or top up with an optional credit pack. Made for parents managing kids' wardrobes, not intended for children to use independently.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-25

- A new activity feed brings every update on your bundles into one place, so you can see what's been claimed, shipped, and delivered at a glance.
- Snapping photos while you list is smoother.
- Push notifications are here. Get a heads-up when someone claims your bundle, when it's confirmed, and when it ships.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-01

Faster to open, easier to follow, and a lot more polished.

• Notifications: know the moment someone claims your bundle, a swap is approved, your package ships, or credits land in your wallet.
• Activity History now tracks both sides of a swap from claim through delivery.
• A rebuilt home screen, with search that hands straight off to Browse.
• Performance and speed improvements
• Shipping is clearer: we place a hold for the shipping fee and only charge it once your lister approves. If a swap doesn't go ahead, the hold is released and you're never charged.
• Rebuilt shipping and tracking screens, with full tracking numbers and clearer drop-off details.
• A refreshed app icon.
• Lots of smaller fixes across listing a bundle
