Helpful and accommodating. But was shocked at the big price hike. Next thing I find out that my rent has shot up another $50. Ok understandable. When I come here, I have to get here after work and it’s not easy from Cypress, so I have a little time when I get there so next thing I know They close from 9 PM now to 7 PM which leaves me only 15 mins to my storage. I asked mini storage corporation why they’re changing the time I received no answer. Another few months goes by. Come to find out my rent has shot up another $40. I was thinking myself if they’re trying to get rid of me they’re doing a really good job. Anyways the place isn’t bad. However, it was confusing when it told me to select the payment.I finally figured out that the window that popped up I was supposed to select that payment listed. The only problem was it wasn’t clear to do that. And then, when I did it a couple of times it wouldn’t go through and then finally it did, there was no indication that that was the right way to do it. It was just confusing. I have sent emails every time I ran into this glitch and none of them were responded to. I feel the online customer service is severely lacking and even worse I feel ripped off!!! I have seen this location, many times when washing my car, at the WoW car wash facility next door. I decided to drop in to get a price quote. Upon entering the office, I was greeted by a wonderful woman, by the name of Rhonda, I was also greeted by her husband Joe, they are the managers, that live on site. I was given many different quotes and Joe was kind enough to take me around, on his golf cart, to see all my options. I was very impressed to say the least! I then made my decision, to sign up that day, so that as a New Year’s resolution. I was going to start clearing out the garage, filled with leftover holiday decorations and household overflow.
