I booked the night before, paid using Apple Pay and received a Booking Confirmation text message. However, I received no message about my driver details and I could not track them on the app. Each morning, I called the operator to ask them where was the driver as they were late. It turns out that the operator each time booked an Uber or Bolt driver after I called them. The car had no headlights and the driver was attempting to drive without the long beam to not disturb other drivers. I received no notification that the cab was on its way, usually I am able to track it for 30 minutes before it arrives. I was unable to get through on the phone to the company. I continued not to receive any communication. I waited until a quarter an hour after the cab should’ve picked me up still complete silence. I made alternative travel arrangements.. I am waiting to hear that my prepaid fare has been returned to me. ### 1/5 — Pick Up and Drop Off *2022-09-03, version 3.0.8* We had pick up from LHR Terminal 3. Driver arrived on time and also system updated well before arrival. Unfortunately the car was not cleaned from inside. Driver was throughout the journey on phone. He was not concern towards time nor observation while on drive. Mobile for GPS was kept on his leg hence. Car either didn’t had AC or the driver was not bothered hence we had to pull windows down. Not good experience on way back from LHR which was completely opposite to when we had booked for pick and drop off to LHR while on holidays. The suitcase didn’t fit in the boot and was placed on the front seat. The driver was on the phone for the duration of the entire ride. We were collected 10 minutes late : we had prebooked the return journey for 6pm imbetween 5.35 and 6 pm we had 3 phone calls saying there was a holdup and it would be about 1 hour . The 2nd call was to say it had been passed on to another company Will be here for 6pm. The last call said bad traffic be over 1.5 hours !! I said how come every other veteran had been collected and were only ones left !! We proceeded to walk and we got another cab ASAP ... disgusting treatment of a forces veteran. ### 1/5 — Mobile phone verification process doesn’t work *2018-05-12, version 1.1* I asked the application to resend the code various times, but I never received a code. I then called and was wrongfully directed by customer support to use my phone number as the verification code. This was after having to explain to him at least 5 times that I wasn’t looking to schedule a ride, and I just needed a verification code for my mobile application.
