I used this product regularly for approximately three months, during which I developed frequent acne breakouts and noticeable dark spots—skin issues I did not experience prior to using this product. It was only after discontinuing use that I realised the moisturiser was the likely cause. Upon reviewing feedback on your website, I was concerned to find multiple customers reporting similar adverse reactions. The dark spots caused during this period have persisted and have significantly affected my skin condition, causing distress and loss of confidence. Given these outcomes, I am deeply concerned that this product continues to be sold without clearer disclosures or warnings about potential side effects. I would appreciate a clear explanation, accountability, and guidance on how such concerns are being addressed, as well as information on what steps can be taken to mitigate the damage caused. ### 1/5 — Order not show from last 3 days *2025-12-01, version 1.35.0* Payment deduct but order history not show ### 1/5 — Customer Services are dead *2025-11-06* There is no good customer service man. This is the last time I got onto a popular brand. They are unable to resolve my order issue with just a change in my delivery address in other state. I already put an email stating the same on the very next minute without any delay. Still they didn’t changed it till now. I didn’t even got my refund. Worst servicing.
