Je ne demande pas de pouvoir commander la pompe depuis le téléphone ou depuis CarPlay. Un simple widget affichant la glycémie actuelle et la flèche de tendance sur le tableau de bord serait déjà très utile. Aujourd’hui, en conduisant, il faut quitter la route des yeux pour regarder sa glycémie sur la pompe. Un affichage permanent sur CarPlay améliorerait réellement la sécurité des conducteurs diabétiques. Merci à Medtronic de considérer cette évolution. ### 2/5 — Manque de rapport hebdomadaire *2026-05-05* Sous pompe Medtronic depuis plus 2016. Je regrette depuis de ne pas avoir plus de données disponibles dans l application Medtronic Minimed Mobile. Quel dommage de n’avoir accès qu’à une journée de données. Avoir ne serait-ce qu’une semaine ou deux apporterai de quoi ajuster le traitement bien plus souvent. Les fréquentes mises à jour, problèmes de connexion entre pompe , téléphone et ordi, font que je n ajuste pas assez souvent mes traitements Une fois tous les 6 mois… dommage. ### 2/5 — Good but not frequently enough *2026-05-04* The app is good but isn’t updated frequently enough to account for new iOS or hardware releases. I’ve had my new iPhone since October and as of writing this (May), the app has never worked. It’s disappointing as I rely on the app to upload data to my healthcare team. ### 1/5 — Extremely unreliable *2026-04-26* Extremely unreliable. App worked for a while then one day refused to load. I uninstalled then reinstalled, which is a huge amount of work. It worked for a while, then one day refused to load. Again. Except this time after I uninstalled and reinstalled,it refuses to recognise my password and log-in name. User last.. very disappointing experience with the gardian and related technologies like this app. Never keeps connected. No ways to analyze data. No use really… ### 1/5 — Archaic and useless app *2026-04-12* Please, please update this app! It is impossible to stay connected. I have to delete it and reinstall it repeatedly to get it to work, and it only does if I’m lucky. I’m trying to log in after doing that now, and it’s telling me I need to create a patient account, which it won’t direct me to do - but it worked with my current log-in until the app died yesterday. This app is to monitor a medical device. There is no excuse for it not being updated. ### 2/5 — App *2026-04-12* Please keep up to date with iOS updates otherwise the app is useless. When all the intelligent people creating software and apps can somehow all things be integrated ie. health app for walking heart rate carbs blood glucose etc and possibly a true alboriym can be generated. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2026-04-11* Multi Billion dollar company and they can’t even program an app or keep it up to date. Only thing worse than this app is the Guardian sensor. ### 1/5 — Always disconnects *2026-03-18* It is practically impossible to connect my pump to the app, it always tells me that the connection cannot be done even with an up to date phone. ### 1/5 — Updating/Reconnecting takes way too long *2026-03-16* Due to software limitations, I understand that I am forced to reconnect my pump to the app a couple times per day. I swear the number of times per day has been increasing, but at least it used to take like a minute to reconnect. However, over the past few months, the time it takes to reconnect my pump with the app open feels like it has increased from 1 minute to 5 minutes. This means that I need to unlock my phone and stare at it for 5 minutes to prevent it from locking several times per day, because it won’t reconnect if it isn’t in focus. What used to be a decent 3-4 star app is now a 2 star app that frustrates me so much that I’m giving it a 1 star in anger. ### 1/5 — 9 mois sans mise à jour!!! *2026-03-06* Comment une compagnie comme Medtronic peut ne pas faire du développement de son application si importante pour sa clientèle. The app now will not operate or open as there has been no software update for the new iOS since around the 15th of September. I’d love to find out when this is going to be fixed as my phone is mostly where I look at my levels as it is more convenient and easier but cannot do so as the app is no longer compatible. ### 1/5 — UPDATE NEEDED, STAT!!! *2025-10-17* App needs to keep updated. Piece of junk. Il faut faire plusieurs fois une demande d’appareillage pour que ça fonctionne bien… L’appli n’est pas super intuitif, compliqué de suivre les glycémies. On gagne du temps à regarder sur la pompe mais ce n’est pas toujours pratique surtout quand on est à l’exterieur. Tout à l'air de fonctionner 🙏🏻 merci !! Janvier 2025 : J'adore cette appli, elle permet d'avoir les alertes de la pompe sur le téléphone, un visu du graphique glycémiques + les injections d'insuline des dernières 24h. Pour ma part la télétransmission à mon médecin fonctionne très bien. Par contre, depuis la MAJ IOS18 je n'ai plus le widget qui indiquait ma glycémie. J'aimais bcp m'en servir sur mon écran verrouillé, c'est vraiment dommage, maintenant je suis obligée de déverrouillé l'écran et d'ouvrir l'appli pour voir ma glycémie. ### 5/5 — Sehr gut *2025-01-18* Stabile Verbindung zum iPhone und zur Watch. Bin positiv überrascht! ### 5/5 — 機種変後も使えてくれー *2024-12-18* 機種変して新しいスマホで開けず困っていたところ、こちらのレビューで機種変後は使えないことが分かった。 自分だけでないことが分かったのは良いがこのままでは不安不便です。 24時間グラフがポンプよりスムーズに見れる点が素晴らしいので、ぜひ機種変後も使える使用にして頂きたい。 その点がマイナス。 ポンプに切り替えたばかりなのでポンプの寿命は知りませんが、スマホはコロコロ乗り換えるので、新しいスマホでも使いたいです。 追記 他の方も書かれていますが、旧スマホのペアリングを切って新スマホの設定をし直せば使えます！ なので、マイナス評価は撤回でm(__)m スマホで出来る機能増やして欲しい、という声に私も一言。 補正もインスリン注入も出来ると便利ですが、万が一スマホを落としたり無くしたりした場合が怖すぎるので、もし可能となっても設定で可否を選べるようにしていただきたいです。 こちらはアプリというより、ポンプへの意見かもですが💦 **Developer response:** いつもご使用ありがとうございます。追記の内容より、解決いただけたことを確認いたしました。この度はご不便をおかけし申し訳ございません。ご使用についてご不明点やお手伝いさせていただけることがございましたら、24時間サポートライン（0120-56-32-56）にお電話ください。 ### 5/5 — 機種変して使えなくなった人へ！ *2024-11-30* クイックスタートでiPhone16に機種変更をしたところ、アプリを開くと真っ暗になって落ちてしまう現象が起きました。 再設定することで通常通り使えるようになったため共有します。 ①（新iPhone）ミニメドをアンインストールしてアプリを削除 ②（新iPhone）アプリを再インストール ③（新iPhone）ミニメドのアプリを開いてログイン ④（ポンプ）「メニュー」→「ペアリングされた機器」→「新しい機器のペアリング」で操作 (このとき、ポンプとのペアリングは１台までのため、エラーがでるかもしれません) ⑤（ポンプ）「メニュー」→「ペアリングされた機器」→「Mobile〇〇〜」と書かれた旧iPhoneとのペアリングを解除 ⑥（ポンプ）もう一度、「メニュー」→「ペアリングされた機器」→「新しい機器のペアリング」で新iPhoneと接続 接続後、15分ほどでデータが飛んでくるようになります。操作することを踏まえても30分ほどで設定が完了します。 iPhoneの設定ができたら、Apple Watchも表示されるようになりました。うろ覚えですが、ぜひ試してみてください。 **Developer response:** いつもご使用ありがとうございます。ご投稿の内容より、ご使用いただけなかった状態から解決いただけたことを確認いたしました。この度はご不便をおかけし申し訳ございません。ご使用についてご不明点やお手伝いさせていただけることがございましたら、24時間サポートライン（0120-56-32-56）にお電話ください。 ### 5/5 — Top *2024-10-20* Application top, même si parfois il existe des déconnexions elle reste relativement fiable que soit sur le téléphone ou la montre.
