This has been notified many times, nothing is ever done even on latest pump. This is a very poor and dangerous oversight. On iPhone it’s turned to max no joy. I can hear all other Apps etc so it’s not the phone. Another thing that should have been updated or added by now is the meals and snack headings, but nothing for logging Carbohydrates taken for Hypos, I’m using snacks but that can become most confusing. You wouldn’t believe the problems using Medtronic, for the price they are poor quality and a let down! ### 1/5 — Useless *2026-03-23* Never works ### 3/5 — Delivery plan/schedule orders DOESN’T WORK *2026-02-03* I’ve had this app for well over year possibly 2, and the part I need to use has never worked. Even spoke to Medtronic order line and they aren’t aware of any issues and said “it should work”. Well you don’t say!! No other way to access this info online now that the eshop is only available to those who are self funded. ### 1/5 — Rubbish app *2026-01-15* We are sorry... Unfortunately we are not able to sync your data at the moment, please come back later. Constant error message. Multiple phone calls and still not sorted. ### 1/5 — Nocht nicht funktionsfähig *2025-09-22* Leider wird diese „App“ nicht alternativ, sondern ausschließlich angeboten, dann sollte sie aber auch funktionieren. Der Wrapper blendet den Absende-Button aus, d.h. man kann die App gar nicht starten, um seine Kontaktdaten zu bestätigen. Ohne diese Bestätigung hängt man aber beim ersten Schritt fest, daher völlig unbrauchbar. Das ist das kleine Einmaleins des Programmierens, völlig unverständlich, wie man so etwas veröffentlichen kann. Ich werde somit zwangsläufig das Produkt wechseln müssen, denn bestellen geht ja nicht mehr. So kann man Kunden auch loswerden… ### 1/5 — Impossible to use *2025-09-21* None of the text in the app renders!! I’m seriously concerned as I now have no idea how to order my supplies… ### 1/5 — 90 Tage / 6 Sensoren *2025-08-21* Es nervt. Man kann nicht nachvollziehen, wie lange das Maximum von sechs Ersatz-Sensoren noch gilt. Erster Ersatz oder letzter Ersatz maßgeblich für 90 Tage? Erst wenn man detektivisch ermittelt und dann erfasst hat: Anbringung/Charge/Ausfall … dann kommt die Meldung „Hoppla, kriegst gar nichts!!!“. Das allerdings ist bereits weit vorher im Prozess ermittelbar (schon bei Auswahl des Ersatz-Produkt).
