## What is miniPT Al?

miniPT uses motion tracking technology as well as realtime audio feedback to provide you with your very own AI personal trainer on your phone.
We uses AI to understand who you are, your needs and personal targets then create a bespoke step by step plan towards achieving your goal. 
Your calendar would then reflect your day to day training schedule created by miniPT, giving you an insight into what your training plan would look like, and more importantly allowing you to take control of your training schedule. Then like any other trainer, will give you a detailed breakdown on your workout report, analysis where you went wrong, then tell you whether or not your working towards your goal. 
So that you can stay motivated and consistent as if you had a personal trainer with you all the time.
