## What is Ministra Player for Apple TV?

A smart and easy-to-use player for live TV, TV shows, and movies from your IPTV/OTT/VoD provider.

Important: the application does not contain any built-in channels or movies. It plays only the content from your IPTV provider in accordance with your subscription plan.

Before downloading the application, we recommend that you contact your IPTV provider and confirm that Ministra Player is compatible with their service. Also ask your provider for a login, a password and a link to their authorization server (portal).

With the Ministra Player, you can

Приложение отличное, но безумно раздражает, что для закрытия меню надо сделать три-четыре перехода на крестик, вместо обычного нажатия на кнопку «Menu». Причем в части функционала эта кнопка именно так и работает, как возврат к предыдущему окну. Но именно тут, в самой часто используемой области, эта логика нарушена. Поправьте, пожалуйста.

Попробовал Ministra Player на Apple TV: 
1) Интерфейс. Управление пультом крайне неудобное. Кнопка MENU вместо кнопки назад, вырубает ТВ и возвращает на главный экран. Такое чувство что разработчики делали приложение под iOS и вообще не в курсе как можно было реализовать жесты на пульте от Apple TV.
2) Нет деинтерлейса. Трансляции iptv идут в 1080i, приставка же поддежривает только 1080p, от этого спорт каналы (и не только) дергаются, смотреть нереально.
3) На некоторых каналах нет звука. Скорее всего не поддерживаются какие-то кодеки.

Все это в сравнении с приложением Flex IPTV, где всех этих проблем нет. Единственное что не хватает в нем - это функции Match Frame Rate, появившейся в tvOS 11.2, которая меняет частоту кадров ТВ в зависимости от частоты кадров канала (25/30/50/60fps). Но насколько я знаю, ни одно приложение IPTV, из существующих для Apple TV, ещё не поддерживает это.
