The last two months, it hasn’t saved any of my Can’t Serve Times. I hit “Submit,” and it shows the unavailable time on the list. When I click away from that page and go back, the can’t serve time I just submitted is missing. This happens repeatedly, even after force quitting the app. Really frustrating! ### 3/5 — App Always Hangs on Startup *2026-05-09, version 2.1.1* Works some of the time. When I open the app, I get a spinning circle. If I hit Back, it’s always asking me to enter the organization ID or find the church. Sometimes if I close out of the app and come back in, I can luck out and it remembers me again. Most of the time it doesn’t though. It never seems to remember me, my login, etc. I just want it to handle that better and it’ll be a fine app. ### 1/5 — Can’t submit not available *2026-04-03, version 2.1.1* App will not save or submit unavailable dates I try to submit ### 5/5 — Excellent APP *2025-12-11, version 2.1.1* Our church uses this app, and I cannot understand why anyone would want to go back to the old paper/email/phone calls. This coordinates with my tablet, my iPhone, and my PC. My wife and I are very busy people and we need to have this information on the calendars on all our devices. This app also allows me to ask for a substitute and to respond to requests for a substitute. It also links me with important information on the readings. I cannot imagine going back to the old days. ### 3/5 — Cannot see upcoming schedule *2025-12-10, version 2.1.1* The app worked fine for a few months, could see schedule and even function within the app. Now, I cannot see the upcoming months that I am scheduled to work. They are not showing up on the app and I can’t find a way to update it. ### 2/5 — Good but Glitchy *2025-12-06, version 2.1.1* My church started using this about 5mos now. It is handy to see where my family has been scheduled and to request times/dates when it’s not bugging out. This app crashes way too much. Then the app glitches out to the “provide your organization ID” page instead of a user login page. As of today (12/5/25) I’ve been sent around in circles too many times to consider this app to convenient. ### 4/5 — Review *2025-11-16, version 2.1.1* The app is a good way for scheduling people in ministries. Rarely any problems for me personally, maybe a few others using the app. Only problem is, I changed my password two times, and it’s still saying it’s wrong. I tried deleting the app to let it refresh, it’s still wrong. So now, I don’t even know when I’m scheduled 😊😊 ### 5/5 — Update *2025-08-06, version 2.1.1* Works good but needs an update ### 3/5 — Does not always work *2025-06-22, version 2.1.1* I have tried to log in several times and it says our organization isn’t found. I know we are there because I used it before and it worked fine. For instance, last week I was able to pull up the app and scheduler with no problem, today it’s giving me a message that my organization isn’t found. When I need reminders, it does not send them.
