Chat Archive saves one chat as a file inside the app. It is not the same as a full Data backup under Settings. If a full backup file is picked when importing a chat, the app will reject it. We need more information to investigate the cause of the failure, such as your operational process or the content of the failure prompt If possible, take screenshots or short screen recordings.
