Out of nowhere, with the last update the notification bubble appeared. 160 notifications. Where are they? Took forever to find an “inbox” which I never knew existed. Found all the notifications, all the way back to August of 2025. No way to mass “read all” and get rid of them in one shot. Need to open them all. Can’t delete them either. Only way to get rid of the notifications? Turn them off in the settings. Now I get zero notifications. And, granted, some weeks that feels like a mistake. Especially this season with the up & down fortunes of the team and players. And during the season I typically check the app 3-5 days a week. And I like responding to the Monday Morning Mailbag, and over the past two years my email has made it in. But quite a number of times it’s almost impossible to find the mailbag in the app so I can submit something. Features like the MMM really need to have an easy to find button for people who want to send in a question or comment. ### 3/5 — Weird app *2024-12-29, version 24.1.2* The app has a cool feature that has game day info when you open it on a game day. But don’t you dare click off of it if you might want to go back to it because you will never see it again unless you delete the app and reinstall it. W ant you click on the video you want to watch without it going back to the forbids on the page every time and playing over the video of choice It’s so frustrating and if you flip the phone over to see the video enlarged it pauses so you have to restart the video or a pack of commercials come on again. Please simplify this page and fix the bugs. Go watch a video then select any video and watch. The ads and first video keep playing interrupting the other video you are trying to watch. Now the commercial loads late, playing simultaneously with the streaming video. There’s no reason for the app. No longer have access to my tickets from the app. It forces you to add tickets to your wallet. Can’t access tickets from the web browser anymore either. Have to add them to your wallet. I don’t use my phones wallet. If you want the app to access tickets don’t waste your time. ### 1/5 — Error Issue Loading Tickets ALL THE TIME *2024-09-21, version 24.0.4* Every time I try to view my season tickets I get an error code. It makes it so I can’t even consistently try to sell or see my tickets. And there is no way to report an issue for the app. Ridiculous. It says unable to refresh your tickets. APIError: /events: 401 Usually I have to log out and log back in but this is ridiculous. Waiting for the day I can’t access them and get into a game. And frustrated there is now way to report the issue. ### 1/5 — Watching video *2024-09-13, version 24.0.4* It either freezes, won’t play, skips - rarely works. Whatever happened during the app redo didn’t work.
