The app works great and is very straightforward. It makes it easy to view your membership, expiration date, current tickets, and other important info. It’s well designed, simple to use, and brings the MN Zoo experience into modern times. What is much worse is no one tells you that you can only get it to work with the app and not the website. My family was in tears with how long it all took.
