Despite getting into Las Vegas in the late evening, I was able to drop off my clothes and know they’d be ready to go in time for my event. The clothes came back nice and clean every time, and the locker drop off/ pick up process is super easy. One of my purses had a big grease stain on it, so under special instructions I asked them to send me an estimate first. They did, and also warned me that dry cleaning will not be enough for that stain, and that the purse would need to be dyed. That was a little too much trouble for me to go through for that particular purse, so I asked them to cancel it. They did, and sent the purse back with no charge. The rest of my dry cleaning usually just quietly disappears from the locker and turns back clean in two days, without me even thinking about it. That is the definition of perfect service for me. ### 1/5 — Very dishonest company *2018-03-28* They won’t show you the prices for laundering different items on the app in the hope that you blindly agree to paying whatever they choose to charge. Also when you do eventually sign up they charge your account to check your card works without any warning.
