Ordered a week ago…will be 3 weeks or so before I receive it, but they sure charged my card! And there’s no refund! ### 1/5 — Poor customer service *2023-06-05* I ordered pajamas off their app on 4/23. When order was placed it showed there were quantities so it did not appear as a presale. Few days later going back to place another order I noticed there were no quantities and this was a presale. I reached out to Jessica and she explained they were a presale and they take 4-6 weeks. I’m on the 6th week. No item, no tracking and no updates. I just want my money back. Beware for preorders. Any other boutiques keep their customers informed or yet do the right thing and just refund. I won’t be ordering again. There are plenty others I’ve had better experiences with. When I messaged Jessica personally she read the message and left it on opened. The items the lavenders sell are great but unfortunately they will be losing my business because they refuse to help me and reply to my messages.
