I have emailed three times for help for three different issues with no reply. The last issue has rendered it useless & it cannot be used at all. The few photos I did enhance showed very little improvement in removing blurriness. The app now freezes when I try to enhance in the middle of photo submission & refuses to work. It also keeps asking me to watch a video for results even though I am a paid subscriber. It also only intermittently allows me to choose photos to enhance. This app is a complete disappointment & an exercise in utter aggravation.
