After depositing money and placing a successful bet, my account was deactivated when I attempted to withdraw my winnings. Subsequently, my money was gone. When I contacted your support team, I was informed that my account was deactivated due to multiple accounts, which is incorrect. I did not have multiple accounts, and your team refused to return my money. This situation feels like a scam, and it appears that if the bet had lost, I would not have been paid out anyway. All I used was a single 50$ bonus bet they offered me and was ready to bet my real money now I can’t use any markets ### 1/5 — Didn’t pay out the promo boost I won *2025-06-25, version 3.9.8* They were running a promo boost on the races on a Saturday and my horse got up when I looked into the bet in results I had noticed they hadn’t paid out the boosted odds and actually under paid the winnings by $20.. no bonus bets nothing. I contacted customer services and they told me i was wrong after showing them screen shots of my results. And told me to email the support email. Which I did and now has been over a month with no reply!
