Haven’t been able to buy gold on the app for several months, keep getting told this will be fixed still waiting…. Customer service takes too long to respond.

I’ve been using this app for a while a another savings pot and the experience was great.  I then needed to release some funds and this where the trouble begun they added the incorrect amount to my cash account and now I can’t retrieve my money.  I have been trying for two weeks to contact someone but no response.  Approach with caution… As I feel I’ve lost my money.

I wanted to buy some gold for first time investment but did not read the small prints and brought 10g which cost me £508 then I saw the gold was only worth £478 on my account so there’s a handling fee but even if I try to sell I will only get £478 so instead of profit I made a loss thanks minted
