Paid for a pack that offered 7days of free packs one per day ofc and went steady for about 4-5day just cashed out higher then deposit and still have a couple more days of the free packs!!! 10/10

Bad customer service
The app is okay, less than stellar graphics, pulls are average but underwhelming. If you have a problem they say they will get to you in less than five minutes but I waited twenty minutes with no response. Unacceptable service.

I requested a card to be shipped a month ago and still do not have tracking information or card.

This is by far the best card pull app out there you really do win good pulls and they pay out fast I will us this one over any app any day
Loading screen
Soo I’ve been doing fine on the app for about a month or 2. When I tried to merge my energies, it kept loading for 5 mins so I tried to refresh the app and now it won’t even load for me anymore to the main screen. It’ll say “100%” loading screen but won’t actually take me to the main screen. I was really disappointed bc now I can’t get my free pack from my energies I merged or even play now.

I was opening a pack game glitched and now won’t let me back in the game… if I don’t get back in the game I think refunds should be giving

I need help!! Stuck at 100% loading screen
I’m at 1000+ rips and it hasn’t let me logged in for 2 days, the screen says 100% but DOES NOT load into the app
Poorly Optimized
I was in the middle of an 8 energy merge for a $10 pack when the app glitched and froze, once i restarted the app it proceeded to be stuck on 100% loading no matter what solution i tried. I’ve reinstalled the app, i’ve started the app with airplane mode on and turned it off, i’ve restarted my phone, ive flushed my phones DNS cache, and i’ve tried contacting support they stopped responding after i gave them every bit of information they asked for. The app was fun until it broke and the support line essentially abandoned me.

Won’t let me play and waste of my bonus for a week while couldn’t enter this app
App not working
It was becoming my favorite app, odds were great hits well seemed fair and had some really cool bonuses. However for the last two days I can’t get into the app it is just stuck on loading screen. No response from customer service no solution in sight. Had bonuses not claimed and money in the account.

Stole my account and funds.
I had an account with 100 usd, I wanted to get 5$ per day for a week which had an offer I took, and now every time I get in the app, it instantly locks into loading and loading, kicking me out of the app and now the account is unreachable to get access.
