## What is Minua?

Minua puts parents in control of screen time — without guilt, arguments, or surveillance.

Your child earns fun app access by spending time in the learning apps you choose. Set a ratio (e.g. 6 minutes learning = 1 minute fun), define allowed hours, and walk away. Minua handles the rest.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Choose which apps count as learning

3. Set the earn-to-spend ratio
4. Set a daily time window
5. Create a parent PIN

Fun apps are locked until your child earns time. The balance resets daily.

BUILT ON APPLE'S PARENTAL CONTROLS
Minua uses Apple’s Screen Time controls to restrict the apps you select. Setup requires Screen Time permission and suitable device settings. Follow the in-app setup guidance to configure your family’s device.

• Purchase status now stays in sync across Minua and its Screen Time extensions. Verified purchase changes, restores and remaining trials now follow the same rules — everyone reads the same guest list.

What’s fixed in 1.0.14

• Overlapping Screen Time events can no longer overwrite one another, so earned and spent minutes stay accurate even when several callbacks arrive together.
• Minua now recognises iOS 26’s newer Screen Time “approved with data access” state instead of asking an already-approved family to authorise again.
• Thread-safety and launch hardening across the app and its Screen Time extensions.

No new account, cloud, tracking, or subscription — your family’s data still stays on the device.

• No shiny new features this time. This is a housekeeping release — brooms, screwdrivers, the works.
• Everything under the hood got a once-over so future updates land smoothly.
