Ich hoffe dass sie im Club mit Nebelmaschine auch lange funktionieren. Es gibt leider ein Riesen Problem: man kann nicht pro Device das Noise Threshold einstellen sondern nur pro Objekt Innen/Aussen, das ist kompletter Schwachsinn wenn man wie wir ein Club haben. Der Support (Brittney) war bisher nicht hilfreich. Eine extra Einheit könnte ich für 150€ anlegen aber wäre zu teuer. ### 1/5 — No more access to devices *2024-10-28, version 5.0.17* I was an original backer of this project with 3 devices which I can no longer access without a paid account. I don’t need all the extra or remote services, I just want to be able to see them on my phone but they’ve taken away that option. They’ve created a lot more dead devices in the world. Without warning, all that functionality was hidden behind a paywall. Now I’m left with an expensive coaster and the company refuses to refund me. **Developer response:** Hello megabadd, We understand that our decision to phase out the free plan may be disappointing, but it was an important step to ensure the sustainability of our business. We communicated this change via email and banners within our apps several months in advance, aiming to make the transition to a paid plan as smooth as possible for those who wish to continue using the service. It is part of my home, so I’m able to hear everything that goes on. So far when I get the alerts that it’s being too loud, I am the only one at home and in the rental. No music, and I’m a writer, so I’m sitting here in silence and keep getting alerts that the people in the Rental are being too loud. There is no noise and there are no people there. Multiple times. Thank goodness I am on site or I would’ve been contacting renters accusing them of being too loud, which would’ve made me look like a horrible host when they weren’t even there! **Developer response:** Hi, we're sorry to hear you have problems. My previous inclusive plan has expired; the app gives an error message; I can log in to the website but trying to subscribe to a new paid plan gives an error; I have no way of administering my device; I don’t even know if it is still supported; and I can find no info on the Minit site. Can really spot smoking not good with number of people. And noise is a bit too late to spot. Won’t send auto messages and became not user friendly. They made it more complicated to use. Customer service takes days to respond.
