Plus the app always says it’s under maintenance. ### 1/5 — Cannot book on app *2023-05-04* I’m not sure what the point of having this app is. You can’t book on it, then when you’re directed to the website to book you need to create a new profile. Like your app log in doesn’t work for the website & they don’t recognize the email you used on the app either. Then, when you book on the website, it doesn’t show up on the app. They seriously need to get it together. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-02-26, version 5.603.0* App doesn’t work at all. ### 1/5 — Couldn’t make an appointment *2023-02-05, version 5.603.0* Added a card, made an account and did all the things and it wouldn’t let me make a reservation. Maybe the android one works, but the iOS one certainly doesn’t. Pointless. ### 1/5 — Crashing *2023-01-27, version 5.603.0* The app keeps crashing and will not allow me to book a suite and there is no attendant at the desk. ### 1/5 — App is useless *2022-12-31, version 5.603.0* The app doesn’t even save a reservation time. Even the woman working the counter said it was a waste of time and to use the website or call for a reservation. ### 1/5 — So stupid *2022-12-30, version 5.603.0* This is a great concept. A place to sleep and clean up before or after a long flight or during a layover. One problem… the app books your reservation in the time zone you are in when you make it. Yes, that’s right, if you are in Hawaii flying to Atlanta and book a suite for 6 AM, it will book you at 6 Hawaii time so when you arrive your reservation will be long over with. Nowhere on the app does it say anything about time zones. No refunds. SO. STUPID. ### 1/5 — Priority Pass? 75 minutes only *2022-04-11, version 5.301.0* Doesn’t work, wants a credit card even if you want your free one hour priority pass reservation. Only allows you to book 75 minutes. Broken. ### 1/5 — Never works. *2022-04-05, version 5.301.0* Never works when trying to book an appointment. Neither their website, their whole system useless, but they ask if you book an appointment when you arrive.
