### 1/5 — Straight outta 2004

*2021-10-20, version 5.301.0*

The app is so, so bad and the prices are way too high. They need some kind of tiered pricing based on demand at least. It's 2am and not a soul in the whole terminal...who are they kidding with $135+tax to rest for 3 hours

### 1/5 — Loads Forever

*2021-07-13, version 5.301.0*

Please fix this app! It doesn’t need to be this hard. It’s a great concept and COULD make booking so simple! But instead you get stuck on a loading screen for ages and something that should take 30 seconds takes 30 minutes. It is infuriating.

### 1/5 — Scam Likely

*2019-12-01, version 4.2.2003*

The app wants my card information to bill me before it even tells me the price of the suite. No. Not happening. It’s a scam.

### 1/5 — So sad!!!

*2019-11-14, version 4.2.2003*

I love the concept. I’ve stayed at a minute suites in DFW and it was a nice getaway. But the app has driven me away. Let me first add that you can’t tell what room your getting. No pictures, no description, no help. I was willing to work through that. Now I have tried two credit cards which I have been using on my current trip and neither are working on the App. Very disappointed. Would certainly patronize more often but they don’t want the business.

### 1/5 — Way too much work for a simple reservation

*2019-08-26, version 4.2.2003*

You have to verify so much to book a suite. Why do I have to submit so much information when it’s all just going to be asked for all over again. A reservation shouldn’t be this difficult

### 1/5 — Unable to use app

*2019-06-24, version 4.2.2003*

I am unable to make a reservation because the app requires I first verify my account through an email that is sent to me. However, I haven’t received the email, and I have requested it be sent five times now.

### 1/5 — Extremely hard to use and confusing

*2019-03-31, version 4.2.2003*

Design is very bad. You don’t know where you are. Also, you will get confused which location you are making booking with. I still cannot find how to find existing booking and cancel (I was able to find purchase history however seems this is not the one). Cancel button once appeared right after making the booking, however I don’t see it anymore in anywhere....

### 1/5 — No longer functioning app.

*2019-02-08, version 4.2.2003*

Used once on my iPhone but now constantly says I don’t have an internet connection.... even when I do. 😵

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Priority Pass bookings can’t be made

*2023-09-29*

The app (and site) doesn’t allow Priority Pass bookings, thus reducing its value to zero and overall reducing my interest in ever using Minute Suites again. Plus the app always says it’s under maintenance.

### 1/5 — Cannot book on app

*2023-05-04*

I’m not sure what the point of having this app is. You can’t book on it, then when you’re directed to the website to book you need to create a new profile. Like your app log in doesn’t work for the website & they don’t recognize the email you used on the app either. Then, when you book on the website, it doesn’t show up on the app. They seriously need to get it together.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t work

*2023-02-26, version 5.603.0*

App doesn’t work at all.

### 1/5 — Couldn’t make an appointment

*2023-02-05, version 5.603.0*

Added a card, made an account and did all the things and it wouldn’t let me make a reservation. Maybe the android one works, but the iOS one certainly doesn’t. It would have been better to just use their website.

### 1/5 — Didn’t work

*2023-02-05, version 5.603.0*

Couldn’t book anything with it. Pointless.

### 1/5 — Crashing

*2023-01-27, version 5.603.0*

The app keeps crashing and will not allow me to book a suite and there is no attendant at the desk.

### 1/5 — App is useless

*2022-12-31, version 5.603.0*

The app doesn’t even save a reservation time. Even the woman working the counter said it was a waste of time and to use the website or call for a reservation.

### 1/5 — So stupid

*2022-12-30, version 5.603.0*

This is a great concept. A place to sleep and clean up before or after a long flight or during a layover. One problem… the app books your reservation in the time zone you are in when you make it. Yes, that’s right, if you are in Hawaii flying to Atlanta and book a suite for 6 AM, it will book you at 6 Hawaii time so when you arrive your reservation will be long over with. Nowhere on the app does it say anything about time zones. No refunds. SO. STUPID.

### 1/5 — Priority Pass? 75 minutes only

*2022-04-11, version 5.301.0*

Doesn’t work, wants a credit card even if you want your free one hour priority pass reservation. Only allows you to book 75 minutes. Broken.

### 1/5 — Never works.

*2022-04-05, version 5.301.0*

Never works when trying to book an appointment. Neither their website, their whole system useless, but they ask if you book an appointment when you arrive. How can you possibly book an appointment when it doesn’t work?

### 5/5 — What a difference 2 years makes!!! They are great

*2021-12-16, version 5.301.0*

I fly into Charlotte and I have to say that in the post-Covid era, this is a sweet little getaway (for an hour before your flight.).

I almost don’t want to post this because it may attract more users but compliments go to those who deserve it…
