Uploading receipts often doesn’t work. I stopped using app and stopped paying because it wasn’t working. I went back later to sign back into website to delete me account. I didn’t want my data sitting with them. In doing so they deactivated my account and charged me a month. I contacted support and they just said too bad. This was all within 1 hour of signing into the account and asking for a refund.
