A frustrating experience. 

- Overly sensitive horizontal swipe gesture causes you to unexpectedly change the day of the week. 

- When editing an existing time entry, the form fields are pre-populated with the values of the entry you last edited, rather than the values of the entry you're trying to edit. You have to fill out the entire entry all over again just to make a minor change.

It's syncs well with QBOE, doesn't overwrite but rather adds only. Easy UI, simple to use. Only 2 problems we found with it, sometimes on mobile app entries are not saved and go missing and also on the mobile app ALL entries are AUTOMATICALLY marked as approved by default (thus, not allowing the admin to approve them) and there is no way to un-approve or edit them after that has happened.

After downloading this app to sync my time with Quickbooks online, I immediately began to have issues with the initial sync due to my having more than 1000 items on Quickbooks.  After spending a day manually deleting these items, I was finally able to sync.  However every time I enter time on the app, it does not save the information when I click save.  This obviously is a critical feature for this app and makes it completely useless.  Hopefully this will get fixed and it will become a useful app.  But until then, I'm not wasting any more time with it.

This app is terrible.  Uploading receipts often doesn’t work. It’s impossible to tell if you’ve uploaded the correct invoice and it’s in no way smart as dumb an app as there has ever been.

I work with a group who uses Minute7 for timesheets so I downloaded the app to log hours while remote.  It is impossible with the app in its current form.  @developers, please finish the app or hire testing/QA staff

Always been a buggy app. What is worse is customer service. I stopped using app and stopped paying because it wasn’t working. I went back later to sign back into website to delete me account. I didn’t want my data sitting with them. In doing so they deactivated my account and charged me a month. I contacted support and they just said too bad. This was all within 1 hour of signing into the account and asking for a refund. Bad policies and bad app. I love my new provider so much more.

The latest release now isn’t usable to even log into the app.  Prior releases at least functioned so long as you were willing to log out and back into it every time you wanted to edit any entries.

I have been a long time Minute7 user.  The website entry works and I have had good luck with it syncing with QuickBooks. The iOS app is a different story.  I have tried to use the app at different times over the years to see if it has gotten any better but it continues to be unusable. If you can ever get it to launch it will eventually crash. I often have to log out of the app completely to get it to update any changes I have made on the website and is generally unreliable.

The iphone user interface is very easy to access. Hassle free time sheets and expense tracking. Web app is quite awesome to interact with.

I started using Minute7 with my company 3 years ago and it has improved quite a bit in performance during that timeframe. With the app specifically, I use it during my train commute from work, which is great for the end of the month rush for billing. I have found this program to be very convenient and user friendly!

The app has come along way in the past year. Much more user friendly and both desktop and app are easier to navigate. Integration with an unnamed accounting software is working well.  Needs a few more minor tweaks to get 5 stars but we are thrilled with the app and changes.
