## What is Minutely?

Minutely is a private AI voice recorder. Record meetings, lectures, and ideas — and get a clean transcript, a structured summary, and a chat with your recording, right on your iPhone. No internet required. No audio uploaded to the cloud. No account.

WHY MINUTELY

• Private: speech recognition and AI summaries run on-device (whisper.cpp + a local language model). Your audio and text never leave your iPhone.

• Microphone recording: background, lock screen, pause and resume.

• Chat with your recording: “What did we decide on the budget?”, “What are my action items?” — answers grounded in the recording.
