I REALLY like this app, but it won’t let me add a collaborator like it says I can. Not sure if this a glitch or if it’s only available to subscribers. Other than that this great tool for virtual and in-person meetings!

I like taking notes, but writing minutes not so much. 
This app is great,  it has the sections you need making it so simple just to write tasks, ideas , assigning responsables so easy, fast and then you just need to share...
