This smell like a scam. The translation from an English video came out in Chinese, and the graphics look like they were not designed to work with mobile devises. Avoid at all costs.

It only allows you to share the summary notes, not the actual transcription
The PDF version shared for OneNote does not work or open
You can’t change the description of the title - it is auto generated
You can’t create folders to save your notes. There is only a favourites and all your favourites go in the same folder.
The customer service is horrible and nobody responds to your emails
