## What is MinutesMaster?

Meeting minutes that write themselves.

MinutesMaster turns every conversation into a speaker-labeled transcript and clear, structured minutes: decisions, action items with owners and due dates, and a summary you can share in seconds. In-person meetings, Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams calls, interviews, lectures and podcasts, in 38 languages.

CAPTURE ANY MEETING
• Record in person with one tap: pause, resume and bookmark key moments; the recording keeps going when your screen locks and is protected if a call interrupts or the app closes
• Send the MinutesMaster bot to a Zoom, Google Meet or Teams call and follow its status live
• Upload audio or video (MP3, M4A, WAV, MP4 and more, up to 2 GB), or share a recording straight from another app
• Paste a YouTube or Google Drive link
• See your upcoming calls and send the bot in one tap

MINUTES YOU CAN ACT ON
• Overview, summary, decisions and action items with owners and due dates
• 13 minutes templates (general, 1:1, stand-up, sales call, interview, board meeting, lecture, podcast, retrospective and more), plus your own
• Every speaker identified, with talk time and a searchable, timestamped transcript
• Tap any moment to hear exactly what was said

ASK YOUR MEETINGS
• Ask questions across all your meetings ("What did we decide about the budget?") and get answers with sources you can play
• Follow-ups: every open action item and decision across meetings in one place
• Search titles and what was said, by meaning, in any language

SHARE AND WORK AS A TEAM
• Export to PDF, Word, text or subtitles, or copy the minutes
• Translate minutes and transcripts into 38 languages
• Share meetings with your team, organize them with folders and tags
• Connect MinutesMaster to Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants

LANGUAGES
English, Czech, Slovak, German, Polish, Hungarian, Ukrainian, Romanian, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese and 25 more, detected automatically, even when people switch languages.

PRIVACY FIRST

• Encrypted in transit and stored in the EU.

CREDITS AND PLANS

• Pro and Business: monthly plans that add 40 or 120 credits every month; unused credits carry over.
• Credit packs of 10, 30 or 100 credits — buy only what you need. Packs never expire.
