Il supporto non risponde alle mail e per contattarli in altro modo occorre accedere all’ app… cosa che ovviamente non riesco a fare. ### 4/5 — Ottima ma rivedere crush e progettazione viaggio *2024-07-28, version 2.1.9* L’app funziona benissimo per vedere gli eventi della zona e usufruire del servizio bus. Tuttavia, spesso aprendo il bus selezionato nella sezione trasporti l’app si chiude improvvisamente (su iPhone) e così non si possono vedere gli orari; inoltre, provando a studiare gli orari per i giorni successivi esce la scritta “Qualcosa è andato storto” e non si riesce a vedere la programmazione. ### 3/5 — Convalida delle corse va in errore *2024-07-25, version 2.1.9* Come turista in Val di Fassa, avendo anche aderito al Panorama Pass, la convalida delle corse col autobus va quasi sempre in errore, inquadrando il QR oppure inserendo manualmente il codice. Und was machen zwei Personen, die unterschiedliche Unternehmungen machen wollen, wenn nur ein Code für zwei Personen herausgegeben wird, dieser sich aber nur einmal in der GuestCard-App installieren lässt. Sehr gute Idee mit der GuestCard, aber die Umsetzung und das Handling sind unterirdisch. Die Registrierung in der App ist nicht verpflichtend, wird jedoch für einige Services wie die Guest Card benötigt. Alternativ kann eine Papierversion angefordert werden. The practice of boarding buses, scanning a QR code and then validating the pass each time, slows down boarding, angers drivers, confuses guests and makes buses late. I am a guide and have been using this for three weeks with groups of 20 to board buses. It doesn’t work. I have had 2 buses on time out of 23 journeys. Esempio: tratta Caldonazzo zona industriale Spini: con loro 3,35 euro con openmove 2,80. Posso capire che l’utente eccezionale possa fregarsene ma se uno usa con frequenza il servizio (ma non da abbonamento) meglio OpenMove Risposta alla risposta: non è corretto. Uso tutti i giorni OpenMove nella tratta Caldonazzo Spini e l’importo è 2,80. Se selezioni le tratte separate l’importo è ben altro. Ad esempio Caldonazzo Trento è 2,25 euro ### 1/5 — Unterirdisch *2024-09-29* Ich habe jetzt circa zwanzigmal versucht, einen Account anzulegen… „E-Mail-Adresse entspricht nicht sem Format“… Na dann. Es ist sehr schön hier, das alle mal. Wie wäre es mit den guten alten Gästekarten auf Papier? Una volta chiesto aiuto all’addetto della biglietteria mi è stato detto che nessuno era a conoscenza del servizio online e, di conseguenza, ho dovuto ricomprare i biglietti. The Mio Trentino app was very helpful in last minute planning and the Guest Card was wonderful. Neben italienisch gibt es noch die Sprachen Deutsch und Englisch. Mein erster Eindruck ist gut, ich werde mich auf jeden Fall noch intensiver damit beschäftigen. Update: Habe mich jetzt ein wenig mit der App beschäftigt. Es hakt noch ein wenig beim umplanen der Route, ansonsten Top.
