闪退还有充值不了.付费房也有bug.试过充值bug找客服结果把我当傻子一样对待.客服说得找技术部门但是技术部门周末休息得等几天.我在这平台充值几千美金你们居然就这么敷衍.我就呵呵.最后就是充值费用问题.充13RMB你收2.99美金.如此类推充越多被坑越多.最高充值2600RMB你收449.99美金.差价600RMB.你是真的把客户当猪宰吗？以前充值还没有那么坑就算赚差价也没有这么离谱.改版后你们是穷疯了吧.

我身为一个充值了大约300美元的用户，遇到bug。 直播软件有一个服务是花费一定的礼物，可以12小时之内享受这个服务的。 我那天花费了699单位的礼物，然后主播掉线重连，正常操作就是点进房间，有一个界面应该是确认进入吗？ 点击确认即可进入。 那次出了bug之后，点再次确认，页面是：确认支付699吗？ 我习惯性点了确认！ 真的又扣了我的钱！ 我联系客服，一天多之后回复我说看一下消费截图。 我截图给他，他说这是你主动消费，我们概不负责！  我直接就炸了，他意思就是我们知道自己出了bug，我们知道你不应该花那个钱，但是谁让你不小心点那个确认的！ 概不负责！ 我这样的用户都这么对待！ 客服现在已经6天不理我了！ 我奉劝各位，千万别充钱，各种bug扣你钱，扣了之后，很难弄回来！

你想要客户充钱，想要客户粘性，就必须要在技术上过得去。我是充值客户但是说实话体验非常不好。以下三点万望斟酌：

1.闪退：不说别的了，光这一点改在别的团队就要炒人鱿鱼了

2.UI： 界面丑的一B不说，还很难用。按键经常跳位。礼物设计和效果都很差，是不是考虑招个做UI的？

3.体验： 上线提醒，用户系统互动，小游戏......

 慢慢做吧，但是一定要用心哦。
