I’ve tried a lot of other health apps and ended up deleted them after a couple of days or inevitably ignored their existence on my phone screen. This app is far better than what I’ve seen. Easy to use, highly informative, and nice visual appearance. Definitely worth giving it a try. Highly recommended.
