Two way communication. Saves videos automatically for you no complaints in that area frfr. Like every one says decent good app for the price ur paying for ur equipment compared to other companies where u need like a subscription fee or whatever etc. none of tht is rewuired with this. Video in color u can watch live zoom in. Use the speaker to say things to guests if needed. I personally never had any lagging problems. My cam moved around 360 so I could use the options to look around etc. was thinking bout adding more ### 2/5 — App not working like it used to *2026-05-14, version 13.4.1* Been using this app for many years to watch my grandpa through the camera. Never had an issue, now everytime I go in its say network unavailable and the video feed doesn't update. I have to press & hold to go to settings now everytime I go in to get it to update the video feed. I have it connected with a ethernet cable directly to my router. One connect beautifully and works wirelessly. The other only connects when hardwired and then only part of the time. Wondering if there’s a flash upgrade for the cameras which are quite old. Never really that bad. Until update year or two ago. Lost the ability to set sensitivity of human. Now unless the person stand directly in front of the camera. It won’t recognize a person. So I set motion detection on. That’s even worse cause a gust of wind blowing on leaves sets it off all day and all night. AT LOW SETTING!!! Camera sensitivity is no longer an option in the app. Has ZERO!!! Ability for custom detection zone. Customer support apparently only speaks Chinese. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the online support in the app was quick to respond. Despite the fact that I bought the camera 4-5 years ago, they helped me update the firmware to get it going again. I think they had to reactivate it remotely via the app, but now works fine. ### 5/5 — Got the upgrade App. *2024-07-13, version 11.6.2* I noticed that the camera wasn’t posting the film clips after 4:pm. I notified the company right away. They responded in a timely manner, and asked me to down load the upgraded version from the App store. Amazing, everything now works as wonderfully as it did before. The company then asked me to confirm that upgraded App now worked to my satisfaction. I was pleased that they checked back on me.
