Looking forward to using it more. ### 2/5 — Jury still out *2021-01-21, version 4.2.1* I had no issues uploading pictures unlike many of fellow reviewers. It’s easy to navigate & self explanatory. Been on this app for 2 days. I’m hopeful it’s a good app but jury is still out. I don’t understand why disclosing location for a photo is required in order to complete uploading process. It would be great if the app had the ability to assess and display for you the resolution level of your uploaded photo. Or, at least reject your upload due to low resolution. ### 2/5 — How to make money? *2020-07-23, version 4.2.1* I came across this app randomly on my App Store on my Apple 7s. This was a blissful moment for me as an up and coming artist I have been looking at ways to display my talent. I also do hip hop dnd have a creative side to me that is still untaped. However I noticed the 20% commission fee you charge which I think is very moderate on the other hand there is no clear way of one promoting there art apart from displaying then to friends and family which I find frustrating at times because they either don’t appreciate it or they expect to get the products for free. If you find a solution to this I will be very great full. Giving it 3 stars because for the last month or two I have not been able to post new pics from my computer. The upload goes all the way and then it just loads for ever. I’ve tried it on multiple pictures and it won’t work. I’ve emailed MiPic twice and they have not responded. Idk how to get rid of the glitch. Luckily I decided to try the same pics through my phone. Not convenient but at least it works.. I wish I knew why it stopped working on my computer so I can post pics at a much faster rate.. For instance a cropping tool . The artis should be able to align each photo custom for each product or printing medium. I could not read any letters or writing in the description and tag boxes when trying to submit work. The cursor would move when typing but unable to read what I had written. I emailed support over a month ago and I’ve had no reply. Other services are available online with much better customer service and user friendliness. ### 1/5 — Broken Email Link *2019-11-08, version 4.2.0* Trying to verify my email, but the link they send just takes me to a page where my email is being “validated” and doesn’t do much after that it just keeps on loading. Sad. ### 1/5 — Im Prinzip unbrauchbar *2019-04-21, version 4.1.0* Also kurz gesagt solange man kein Geld zum Fenster raus werfen will ist die App unbrauchbar. Die Idee ist zwar gut, aber die Kosten sind utopisch. Ein Rahmen, der Normalerweise maximal 5€ kostet, wird zusammen mit einem 2€ Druck für mindestens 39€ verkauft. Auch Dinge wie Plastik Handy Hüllen sind für unter 17€ nicht zu bekommen. Wenn die Preise realistischer werden sodass man tatsächlich Dinge von anderen kaufen kann, und auch davon ausgehen kann das die eigenen Motive gekauft werden gibt es mehr Sterne, aber bis dahin nur 1 Stern. ### 1/5 — They’ll take your money! *2019-02-10, version 4.0.0* Ordered a print and it never arrived! They’ve just taken £40. Emailed customer service and they haven’t replied in a week. They looked like you printed out with cheap home printer and it didn’t have enough ink. So I contacted to the company but it took 2 weeks to get reply and almost 2 months to get refund.
