Such a long winded way of doing things, needs to be made quicker and efficient

Fair few bugs in the app. 
Can’t back-up/view photographs taken with the app.
Few misalignments within the reports (text boxes and photographs). 
Most seem relatively easy fixes but have been there since day 1 of major update.

Have the developers gone and used this app to complete a full inventory of a house? They’d fine a tonne of bugs and issues that need addressing if they want their app to work seamlessly. It’s great when it works, but when it doesn’t it’s a nightmare

I’ve used this for ages, just swapping to the new updated version recently. It’s good and easy to use apart from the fact that it keeps shutting down and you loose the photos you’ve taken on the item you’re on with. Plus using it on a phone is problematic as if someone calls you, it cuts out, loosing the details and photos of the item you’re on with.

It is hard to describe the amazing customer support from this company. Not only is the product easy to use but any issues I have had a new user, Lorrie has been exceptionally helpful and always found a way to help me learn or resolve something. Thank you!!!!

Love the new layout and the fact I can now add as many images as I like to room overview. Keep up the good work guys.
