Mercitalia Rail ha realizzato una nuova applicazione per smartphone e tablet per il monitoraggio del trasporto delle merci dei propri clienti.
L’applicazione consente a tutti i clienti di visualizzare lo stato dei propri trasporti in corso ed il programma di quelli pianificati per le successive due settimane.
L’informazione sull’avanzamento dei propri trasporti raggiunge i clienti con notifiche push automatiche a fronte di eventi significativi: partenza, transito in stazioni intermedie, arrivo.
L’applicazione consente inoltre il monitoraggio online dei trasporti in viaggio sull’intero territorio nazionale.”
