Mira is a bio-age instrument for your Apple Health data. It watches quietly all week, then reveals one reading every Monday morning: your biological age, how it moved, and the two or three signals that drove it. No daily scores. No streaks. No pressure to optimize. Just a calm, weekly read on your body. WHAT MIRA TRACKS Sleep duration and consistency, heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, VO2 max, steps, active days, strength minutes, cardio minutes, and heart-rate zones. All pulled straight from Apple Health. THE WEEKLY REVEAL Every Monday at 10 AM, Mira shows you: • Your biological age for the week • Delta vs. your actual age (younger, on par, or older) • The metrics that moved it, explained in plain language • A 6-month trend so you can see the shape of the change PER-METRIC DETAIL Tap any metric to open its story: • 7, 30, or 90 day trend with your target line • How you compare to the top 10% and the cohort average • What Mira sees in the pattern, grounded in your own data PRIVATE BY DESIGN Mira reads Apple Health on-device.
