### 2/5 — Lots of glitches.

*2026-08-04, version 3.5.19*

This app is great but everyday it asks for an update and then freezes when updating. I’ve had to restart my phone, remove the app and redownload it to get it to reset. It’s annoying to deal with every morning.

### 3/5 — Honest Reviews?

*2026-07-23, version 3.5.18*

I’m a bit shocked the Mira app is rated a 4.7. The device worked well as long as I didn’t follow any of the instructions app prompts beyond the testing timer. Once instead of just putting the wand in like I had been, I pressed the ‘connect’ button, it didn’t, then suddenly is prompted and update in the middle of testing. Since then it hasn’t uploaded results automatically to the app until my phone and the monitor are side by side with everything open. This is definitely still a buggy app and device that needs more work. This is all after lots of trouble placing my order with my HSA card. Three stars because so far it eventually works, but it’s very expensive for all the hang ups that happen at the worst moments.

### 2/5 — App bugs

*2026-07-12, version 3.5.17*

I’ve had a few app bugs whilst using Mira and would like to hope this could be remedied soon, but there has never been any fixes that I’ve been informed about. I was told to set my cycle to be at the maximum length to fix one of the issues, but given my cycle is not this length it then ended up skewing all my data.

I like having insight into my hormones, but when using other tracking methods such as blood tests and OPKs it seems like Mira data isn’t really all too accurate - which is a real shame when you’ve spent probably bordering on thousands to be able to track.

When you’re trying to conceive and going through fertility treatments, data needs to be at least somewhat accurate to help with the process - I’ve sadly gotten more clarity using cheap OPKs than I have using Mira.

### 2/5 — Frustrating

*2026-04-23, version 3.5.16*

Once you do your first week of testing, the app will give you a calendar with suggested dates and which tests to take on those dates. However, it will change daily, sometimes even after you’ve taken the recommended test. Today for instance, it wanted me to take the Max test. After testing, it then instructed me to take the Ovum test.

This constantly changing which tests and how often is frustrating because of travel (I brought the recommended tests, not extras) and they want you to use your fist mornings urine, so if you dump it after the recommended test, you have to not drink water and wait 2 hours before doing the next suddenly requested test.

### 3/5 — Maxed out levels

*2026-04-22, version 3.5.16*

While I love the numerical portion of Mira, I’m not to happy that it doesn’t give u the exact pdg reading after >30.01 . I want to see a numerical trend, instead of only >30.01

### 3/5 — useful, needs better app design

*2026-03-26, version 3.5.15.5*

the device itself is good, and overall ive found it helpful with TTC and tracking/confirming ovulation. however, the app itself can really use some improvements.

my biggest qualm is how over-the-top they push you to buy their products. if i download this app, you can assume im a high-intent customer who knows they need wands & whatnot to track effectively. but instead of prioritizing the right pieces of info i need, they stuff it with promotions instead. its quite distasteful.

for eg, id much prefer the calendar to be part of the bottom nav, as i use that daily to holistically review my cycles, rather than two of the nav sections being “shop” and “news.” also, if i dont test one day, it almost feels like an error, which is terrible psychology and lowkey feels like a dark pattern IMO.

ive used Pregmate and other tracking apps that also pair with products, and they’re much more elegant in surfacing the right info and promoting their products when necessary.

pls, redesign this app so it actually feels like my body & tracking are the priority, not that i need your newest wands, sperm kits, and sales.

### 1/5 — Can’t swap my and partner’s account

*2026-03-06, version 3.5.15.5*

I made the account first and synchronized to the Mira. Then my partner made an account and we linked them. The Mira only updates if I refresh my phone, despite my partner being the one that uses it. And only I can edit the cycle on my phone. Every attempt to swap accounts to make her the main has failed. The AI chatbot was no help. I emailed Mira, they took days to respond, and said the following:

“I just heard back from our technical team. Unfortunately, we are not able to swap the accounts from our backend. If the accounts are swapped, there is a risk that the existing data could be lost.
For this reason, we would not recommend making this change.

Please let me know if you have any other questions, I will be happy to help 💚”

In other words, no solution.

This product and app are a scam as far as I’m concerned. By the way, I haven’t even mentioned intermittent issues we’ve had with spotty and inconsistent uploads. $100s waisted.

### 1/5 — I just downloaded this app and there is a glitch at setup

*2026-03-05, version 3.5.15.4*

When you have to click on what fertility methods you’ve tried the app keeps repeating that question and you can’t go further

### 1/5 — The app is disappointing; won’t allow initial set up to complete

*2026-03-05, version 3.5.15.4*

I can't finish setting up my account in the app. In the quiz you are forced to take, the “other tracking tools” page keeps reloading after I select an answer. Even if you select the same answer 30x in a row, I can't get past this page. It just reloads over and over again. Incredibly frustrating for how pricy this device is, yet the app lacks basic functionality. I want to start tracking now, but I am at the mercy of poor app development, which I wouldn’t be surprised if outsourced to cheap offshore developers.

### 2/5 — fertility focused, deceptive marketing

*2026-02-22, version 3.5.15.3*

Really disappointed in how heavily this app centers fertility. Even when choosing the “cycle tracking” option instead of “trying to conceive,” nearly every insight pushes pregnancy-focused interpretation while real symptom and hormone health support is minimal.

The marketing suggests this is a tool for understanding hormone health, but in reality the app mostly tells you whether you might get pregnant. For those of us trying to understand root causes of health issues, the data exists but meaningful guidance does not.

Women’s hormones matter outside of fertility. Right now the app feels misleadingly marketed toward broader hormone wellness when the experience is clearly designed for conception tracking.

I’m grateful for the raw data, but disappointed that the app is not truly a companion for hormone health unless pregnancy is the goal.

### 1/5 — Violation of personal data

*2026-02-18, version 3.5.15.2*

To add a measurement manually, I shouldn’t be forced to give the app access to my camera. Not even my glucose monitor requires that level of access.
Fix it.

### 1/5 — Don’t subscribe - impossible to cancel

*2026-02-17, version 3.5.15.2*

The password reset doesn’t work, and they don’t have customer support

### 4/5 — No compare button

*2026-02-17, version 3.5.15.2*

My Mira app does not have the compare button. It was available when I first downloaded the app and I used it but now it’s gone and I’d like it back.

### 1/5 — Not good for Perimenopause

*2026-02-14, version 3.5.15.2*

The app is simply not supportive of those going through the change. Also it is implied it can connect to apple health but it cannot

### 1/5 — Non-intuitive App

*2026-02-11, version 3.5.15.2*

Tests are great and easy. Information is great. App is NOT INTUITIVE! Finding and inputting information is a hassle every time. Its also missing obviously quality of life features Iike letting me choose which and how many wands I have to optimize/track/order or even syncing with either way apple health/other apps so i didnt have to dual input

### 3/5 — Works well could be improved

*2026-02-11, version 3.5.15.2*

I like seeing how my hormones change throughout a cycle and confirms ovulation. But Mira needs to provide more personalized insights. I used ai a lot to help interpret my data. I also don’t think they explain well how variations in urine concentration can affect results.

Also some of the messaging needs improvement. For example, in the luteal phase they have an insight that says “ your period is coming!” It shows up before people can even realistically test for pregnancy to get a reliable result. For people TTC that is so triggering, especially with the ! Content design team needs to improve user empathy.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Device stopped working after four days!

*2026-08-07, version 3.5.19*

I’m so frustrated! I got this app/device and it worked fine for the first three days - then on the forth day it wouldn’t turn on at all! I’ve done all the changing of the charger, charging over night, doing a hard reset by using a pen on the back of the device and any software updates. Trying to reach out to customer support has not been helpful at all! They tell me to complete the steps I’ve already completed and then once I’ve done all that - they’ve completely ghosted me. To make matters worse, I was right in the middle of my possible fertility/ovulation window!

Hoping by sharing my negative reviews that it might get someone’s attention on the PR side to resolve this issue immediately! So disapointed in this company’s customer service platform!!

### 1/5 — Disappointed. Poor customer service

*2026-08-04, version 3.5.19*

I have a Mira and have been using it as the app describes. Mira pushed through an update which turned my device into an unusable brick. Contacted customer support with many return orders for wands and was told I was out of luck I had to order a new one. So I reordered. I received an email that the new device was delivered but it never actually made it to me. The package was never on my porch. Customer service again offers no help in replacing the device other than to place an order for a third unit.

### 1/5 — Device does not work correctly and there is no return

*2026-07-21, version 3.5.18*

Do not buy this device.

Currently the company claims they could have offered me a replacement. No one did despite my many emails. Instead they tried to convince me it was working. I had to get blood work to prove it was wrong.

### 1/5 — SCAM!

*2026-06-03, version 3.5.16.2*

I ordered my products $306 worth and never got it. Now they won’t respond to my emails or phone calls!! It’s a scam!! Don’t order it! I live in Indiana and it got delivered in Ohio and now I’m just SOL with trying to conceive and hang this money to get into fertility!

### 1/5 — Scam

*2026-05-15, version 3.5.16.1*

The app is pretty much ads for a product that you’ve already purchased. Showed a report and then the same day said it failed to have enough information after 2 cycles to generate a report and customer service button goes nowhere (in the app or online).

### 1/5 — Meh

*2026-04-29, version 3.5.16*

I used Mira for 2 years for TTC and it didn’t help. I think there are less expensive options for the same results.

### 1/5 — Can’t register

*2026-04-25, version 3.5.16*

Can’t register and company doesn’t respond. Red flag

### 1/5 — Registration impossible

*2026-04-23, version 3.5.16*

I’ve tried registering but it keeps saying account needs activation and I’ve clicked the email link multiple times and nothing. It’s impossible to use. Wasted $250 for a device I can’t use the associate app with.

### 1/5 — Confusing + Stressful

*2026-03-27, version 3.5.15.5*

I always need ai to explain my mira results because it will clear up confusion and make me feel less stressed. I do not recommend. I wish I bought kegg or inito.

### 1/5 — Scammers

*2026-03-22, version 3.5.15.5*

I have left over tests that I wanted to donate to someone and they refuse to let me. It’s because they want people to continue to pay for strips. They do not care about the consumer. They just care about making money off of women work are ttc.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — It works

*2026-04-09, version 3.5.16*

I’ll first say, I am blessed that I never struggled with fertility, only with knowing when my “window was open”. This really takes the guessing out of where you are in your cycle. I was able to get pregnant the first time I had a 10/10 score! Unfortunately, that was an unsuccessful pregnancy. We tried again and I was pregnant again when I had a 10/10 score.
10/10 would recommend!

### 5/5 — Essential for my post partum health

*2026-03-16, version 3.5.15.5*

I purchased this monitor around 6months PP. My cycle had come back and then stopped and I was having a difficult and confusing time trying to track my cycle and know what phase I was in. I’ve really enjoyed using this product and plan to continue moving forward. The amount of data they provide and detailed reports on your individual hormonal health is insane. It was definitely expensive but an investment that has been worth it for me.

### 5/5 — Super helpful!

*2026-03-11, version 3.5.15.5*

Such a great app helped me track so much before and during pregnancy!! 😊

### 5/5 — No compare button - FOUND

*2026-02-26, version 3.5.15.3*

My Mira app does not have the compare button. It was available when I first downloaded the app and I used it but now it’s gone and I’d like it back.

UPDATE: thanks support team for telling me how to find the compare charts!

### 5/5 — Love it!

*2025-12-22, version 3.5.15.1*

I finally feel like I have direction and accurate one

### 5/5 — Life changing!

*2025-12-14, version 3.5.15*

Incredibly easy to use. I’ve used multiple apps from Inito and Proov and even the Premom strips but this is the most comprehensive and easy to understand tracking app I’ve ever used! Love it and have 0 complaints!

### 5/5 — Using it to avoid pregnancy.

*2025-11-11, version 3.5.14.2*

This is the longest I've gone successfully doing NFP! 😂

### 5/5 — I finally understand

*2025-09-30, version 3.5.14.1*

Having pcos, I’ve always felt like my body spoke a foreign language. I never understood my cycles or why I was feeling a certain way. I’ve been using Mira for a few cycles now and got a very clear picture of what my hormones were doing. I made lifestyle and diet adjustments and have been able to track clear progress by using Mira. It’s worth it.

### 5/5 — Love this resource!

*2025-09-27, version 3.5.14.1*

Wow, what a game changer for women and a time to be alive. I love doing my daily test, as I have irregular periods and this helps me learn what’s really going on. I am making the life changes needed and it’s so helpful to see if it’s working in real time. The technology keeps getting more and more detailed and I love that they have added the PCOS mode. I was diagnosed with POI and it’s still helpful to see suggestions, insights, and real-time results. Otherwise, I’m paying hundreds of dollars for blood tests each time. Definitely add Mira to support your well being- wish I did it sooner.

### 5/5 — The app I’ve been waiting for

*2025-09-24, version 3.5.14*

I’ve been a FAM charter for about 25 years. I know my cycle in and out. But I always wondered if certain symptoms were related to hormonal dips and spikes. It’s been really helpful to use MIRA during the menopause transition to get more granular with how my hormone levels are relating to my symptoms. It also helps my HRT provider make adjustments to my protocol to dial in the best support. Now that’s brilliant Data driven care!
