### 5/5 — Really Useful Journaling, DBT, and other tools!! Not just for PTSD

For the record I do not have PTSD but I do have other mental health issues. I have practiced various DBT skills and employ them when I can but having a visual to help with breathing exercises is very helpful! Also the vibration tool is a great way to find one’s center. I also really love the journaling tools. When I’m dealing with really invasive thoughts it can be hard to think up gratitudes in the moment but the reflections journal makes it MUCH easier. Also the custom journal entries are great for symptom tracking on the go
