This update adds a dedicated experience for physicians, makes medication tracking more precise, and completes French and Arabic translation across the app.
	•	New: Doctor role. Physicians now have their own space in the app — separate from Nurses and Care Staff — to prescribe and manage medications, log vitals and care notes, and message the care team and family.
	•	More accurate medication tracking. Medications given multiple times a day (morning, afternoon, evening) are now tracked dose by dose, plus a new Weekly Schedule view for staff to see the week at a glance.
	•	Full French & Arabic support. Every screen — settings, forms, messages, and more — is now fully translated, not just partially.
	•	Fixed resident names wrapping awkwardly in the residents list.
