Long press the hole of the dongle for 5 seconds to restart. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t do nothing SMH *2023-05-29* As soon as you download the app they ask you to download it, it asked u to download the “latest hardware update”without providing any contacts as to what you’re downloading or what the app actually is intended to do, should’ve read the comments first before downloading but oh wow un-downloading. **Developer response:** Sorry for the inconvenience. We would release newer firmware to fix some bugs and improve the product via firmware upgrade. So you don't need to worry about it, just wait for 1 to 2 minutes, after firmware upgrade, it would work normally again. I then got the app because it said zero lag but it didn’t help at all. Don’t bother getting this app or the adapter… I recommend just sucking it up and spending $75 to get an genuine apple one.
