Apparently when you order through the app you can’t pick up your order through the drive thru. You have to park and go inside. When I went inside to pick up my order there were 3 staff just standing there. No other customers were inside or in the driveway. Then my order wasn’t even ready!

This app is needlessly complicated just to order a drink.

It’s a great concept but when you order via app it gives you a pickup time. When you you arrive your order isn’t ready, that’s when they make it it seems. You’re therefore left to stand outside in the cold looking like a fool when you could just be waiting indoors. I’ve been late several times expecting things to be ready at the assigned time only to have to wait. The old system let you text when on the way and my drink would be ready. This wasn’t a great improvement for us.

It’s starting to feel like the customer is the last priority. This app should have made things easier for the customer and it did the opposite. I don’t recommend the app and I’m starting to not recommend the Cafe after being a daily customer for many years. App does not show delivery zone, they are advertising after you spend $50 you’ll earn enough points for a “FREE CHIPPI” however they are now dictating how you use your rewards and only allowing you to use $5 per day. Which wouldn’t even pay for a chippi.

Went to order in the app, which I had to down load in order to place an online order. Trying to order from New Bedford location to begin only about 25% of the items on the menu have descriptions. So in order to know what items where I had to bring up the web site to look at the Dartmouth menu. Still couldn’t find the The description for what is in the Mediterranean burrito on any menu. Then I get all the way through the order and checking out as guest and I have to put in all my info including credit card information (because it doesn’t take Apple Pay or any sort of alternative smart payment) it then tells me that I can not check out as guest at this location. So why is that even an option for this location? 
This app does have the potential to be really good! It just needs more development. It needs more description of what’s on the menu, it needs auto fill, if you’re not going to offer guest check out then don’t make it an option, and offer Apple Pay or PayPal some sort of smart pay.

Mine and my daughters fave spot. I get my breakfast Sammy and she gets her kids coffee (hot chocolate). Win win for the both so us
