A few other things are difficult to find or navigate as well. I turn the access off but things are still able to take money out if the amount is available - I’ve experienced multiple times where I switch it "Off" and I still get notifications of transactions being done. I called once and the lady said it's "On" on their end but logged in as me, it's "Off". I am very much uncomfortable with this glitch as my money is being taken without my approval and the bank won't pay me back when that money is meant for something else. I hope this gets taken care of. My current card expires in two weeks. I have spoken with staff who was not able to help because the verify code they sent would not show up in my email so she was not able to help me. I am now transferring all funds out of my checking and into my savings and from there, I will close out my account. I have never had so much trouble trying to activate a card. I usually just call the number and activate it over the phone but this time, the system wouldn’t allow it and sent me to an agent. ### 1/5 — Don’t use this credit union *2023-10-13, version 20.2.0* They will only ever communicate over the phone with you, never email. So they have a record of what was said but you don’t. I was told in April 2020 that they would stop collecting loan payments during covid; they did not. The non payments drove down my credit and now I have late payments on my credit report.
