저는 꽤 오랜기간 미리캔버스 애용하고 있고, pro 구독도 하고 있습니다. 이용하기 편하고 깔끔한 자료준비 만들기 너무 좋아 잘 쓰고 있었습니다. 그런데 요즘 오류가 너무 빈번하게 발생하고 있어요. 개선이 많이 필요해 보입니다. 최근 로그인 오류부터 시작해서 어플 이용도 지금 계속 안 되고 있네요. 작업중, 혹은 프레젠테이션 사용중 먹통이 되는 경우 정말 진땀 흘립니다. 프레젠테이션 제공 사이트인만큼 이용중 오류 발생은 최소화하도록 노력해주셔야 할 것 같습니다. 
이렇게 되면 다른 대안 사이트들을 고려할 수밖에 없을 것 같습니다. 애용자로서 버그 개선에 주력해주시기를 부탁드립니다.

아니 템플릿이랑 글꼴 요소 사진 다 좋은데 제발 렉이랑 버그는 못없애는거임? 할때마다 답답해서 접음 글씨가 안눌려서 편집이 안될때가 허다하고 계속 멈췄다가 움직였다 하고 내 패드가 뜨거운것도 아닌데 터치가 안 먹음 여러요소 선택했을때도 왔다리 갔다리 하고 내가 선택취소를 하려고 배경을 누르면 절대 취소가 안됨 이것도 너무 불편함 지금도 축소하려고 해도 또 버그먹어서 축소가 안 됨 특히 컴퓨터보다 패드로할때가 멈추는게 너무 심함... 글씨 키우려고 만지면 각도가 움직이는것도 불편....계속 나갓다 들어왔다해야됨

미리캔버스 PC는 기능 많고 좋은데 아이패드는 렉이 너무 많이 걸려서 쓰질 못하겠음 중간중간 실사화 시켜준답시고 먹통돼서 저장도 안되고 날라가는 버그는 고쳐졌는데 그냥 렉자체가 너무 많이 걸림 PC로 5분이면 끝날 거 30분 내내 붙잡느라 현타옴 렉 심할 땐 클릭하면 3초후 인식되고 텍스트박스에 글을 써야하는데 아무리 터치를 해도 텍스트 선택이 안됨 처음엔 터치횟수가 다른가? 하면서 더블터치 3번터치 4번터치 다해봤는데 아직도 인식 기준을 모르겠음 원래 이정도로 심하지 않았던 거 같은데… 후.. 아이패드는 캔바가 맞음

오래 써왔는데 갑자기 요즘 오류 개심해요 버퍼링 때문에 한박자 늦어서 피피티 만들다가 답답해 죽을뻔 했어용 ㅎㅎ 아이패드 프로 2테라라서 패드 문제는 아닌거 같은데 유독 미리만 그러네용 그리고 새로운 에디터가 뭔지 모르겠는데 애 뜨는 파일이 저장되었다고 뜨는데 어디 저장된건지도 모르겠고 파일에 따로 저장하는 것도 안떠요 그냥 캔바 쓰세요

너무 유용하게 잘쓰고 있습니다. 근데 며칠 전 부터 갑자기 모바일(아이폰)에서 배경제거 버튼이 안보여요… 새 디자인 만들기 누르면 선택사항 뜨는 것도 안보여요… 제 폰이 이상한걸까용

애플 키보드를 아이패드에 연결한 뒤에 미리캔버스를 사용해봤는데요, 텍스트를 더블클릭하면 텍스트가 수정이 되어야하는데 그냥 선택만 되고 수정은 되지 않아서 손으로 눌러서 수정을 해야하는 문제가 있습니다. 그리고 컴퓨터랑 아이패드 모두에서 alt를 누르고 마우스로 드래그를 하면 복사가 되어야하는데  그것도 잘 되지 않습니다. 마지막으로 아이패드에서 키보드로 컨트롤c 컨트롤v가 될 때도 있고, 안될 때도 있습니다.  꼭 해결해주셨으면 합니다.

미리캔버스는 미술, 디자인과 거리가 먼 삶을 살았던 사람들도 쉽게 그럴듯한 디자인을 할 수 있도록 도와주는 훌륭한 도구입니다.

그렇지만 저는 별 하나를 덜 드렸는데, 버벅임이 전반적으로 심하고 튕기는 현상이 좀 있었습니다. 구형이지만 아이패드 프로인데도요.

앱이 좀 더 가벼워지고 최적화만 잘 된다면 그때는 꼭 만점드리고 싶습니다.

아니 무료체험 끝나면 창이 뜨던가 알림이오던가 결제내용도 카카오페이라고 떠서 난 뭐 내가 카카오선물하기 결제한거인줄알았는데 와 계속 결제되고있었네. 무ㅏ 창은 제가 어플을 안 들어가서 못본걸수도 있죠 알림도 못봤을수도있겠네요 왔는지안왔는지모르겠으니깐. 근데 애초에 어플 들어가지도 않았는데 7일 이내기 아니라고 환불안되는게 어이없어요. 이렇게 돈 개뜯어갔을거깉은데 보통 학생들이 쓸텐데 환불 그따구로 하고싶습니까? 죄송하다고 사과하고 더 나은 어플되겠습니다 ㅇㅈㄹ하지말고 지금 당장 환불해줄거아니면 걍 답장하지마세열^^ 환불 시스템 검토해보겠습니다 할거면 시스템 다 통과하고 환불과 함께 연락주세열^^ 땩 검토도 하겠노ㅉ 이게 돈줄인데ㅉ
