However, on talking to customer care they claim the product is fine . The support was slow, unresponsive, and ultimately ineffective. Basic concerns were either ignored or handled with little effort, making the entire process unnecessarily frustrating. It genuinely felt like there was no accountability or urgency from their side. In a space where customer experience is critical, this kind of service is simply unacceptable. If this is the standard being maintained, it raises serious concerns about how customers are valued. Mirraw needs to take a hard look at its customer support operations—because right now, it’s failing the very people it’s supposed to serve. Strongly advising others to think twice before buying from Mirraw. Based on my experience, this is not a company that values its customers. When issues arise, don’t expect timely help, accountability, or even basic courtesy. The lack of support and care shown after purchase is frustrating and unacceptable. The quality of the dress is so bad and looks nothing like the displayed picture. The customer service is slow and unhelpful and replied after DAYS. Such a scam. My order was cancelled twice, and only on the third attempt did I finally receive an order confirmation. Throughout the process, customer service repeatedly called and texted me, creating the impression that the issue was being resolved. However, after some time, I received an email stating that my order had been cancelled yet again. To make matters worse, the support team stopped responding entirely. When I tried calling for clarification, my call was declined, leaving me with no explanation or assistance. This level of service is completely unacceptable. Poor communication, repeated order cancellations, and the lack of customer support have made this a very frustrating experience. First there’s no option“unsubscribe” from these spam messages. I even went as far as emailing them to ask my email address please be removed from their list.
