When the four prophets in the New Testament are omitted here and not the hard copy I am seeking refund. Good theology but still missing the other Books of the Bible **Developer response:** Dear Reader, the Mirror Bible is a work in progress. By now, 20 books of the New Testament have been translated by Francois du Toit, with Acts now also complete. Please note that in printed form, the book has a massive 1500 pages, and those are all in the app! God bless! Nicolas ### 5/5 — A Love story revealed! *2025-04-06* This is truly a romance of the ages - I grew up as a pastor’s kid learning that I am a sinner and that’s why Jesus died for me - now I know that Jesus didn’t die for me because I am a sinner but because I am made in His image and because He loves me! ❤️ ### 3/5 — Just Purchased *2025-01-08* Hi I was so excited, my daughter gave me a 10 dollar iTunes card and I took the rest out of savings to buy my The Mirror Bible this morning. Yet there’s no Old Testament and Matthew, Mark aren’t included. I know I was lead by The Holy Spirit to buy, I Pray that Old Testament and Matthew, Mark will be added without having to pay additionally. Question, is it being updated as Francois is updating his work? ### 5/5 — Profound ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 *2024-08-05* This version provides deeper revelation of the KJV from the author’s knowledge of the language combined with the the grace of God to re-present this amazing love Gift, the Word of God. If you are one looking to study the word, THIS IS THE VERSION to use. -why? Because it’s a re-translation from ORIGINAL language, not just a translation of a translation (ex, most “modern” translations are someone else’s perspectives of the KJV, which cannot be retraced back to original language… this is a huge problem). If you see low ratings, read them… this are technical difficulties from YEARS ago. Glitches may happen, but the WORD IS POWERFULLY ACCURATE! - definitely recommend the Mirror Study Bible!!! ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 ### 3/5 — Books *2024-03-27, version 3.1.2* I have a question why isn’t there Mathew and Mark in the app, or is there a glitch? Love the other books so amazing so full of Love ### 4/5 — Book of James *2023-08-30* I am fairly certain the book of James translation is complete but it doesn’t show up on the app. I have updated the version and it says it is up to date but it still doesn’t show up? ### 5/5 — Insightful Bible Version *2023-06-15* Whether that app works well or not I can say that this rendition of many of the books of the NT (hope more content is to come) is truly inspiring. The beautiful nuances that Francois has discovered by drilling down in to the Greek have been a delight to read and meditate on. I highly recommend this stunning interpretation of scripture. ### 5/5 — This Study Bible Rocks! *2023-02-02* This is such a life-giving, wonderful paraphrase of Scripture. Every word oozes with the grace of God and points me to Jesus and my identity in Him. It reminds me daily of His eternal, abiding, unconditional love. I used to be completely opposed to the Mirror Study Bible, but I couldn’t deny the Holy Spirit’s presence and witness as I read from it. I kept coming back to the translation a little bit at a time when I was feeling stuck spiritually, and now I read from it every day, enjoying the amazing bliss of my inclusion in Jesus’ finished work. My faith rests in the reality of His love for me. I am so grateful that I do not have to earn His affection or approval, but that He has chosen me in Christ as His beloved, and called me His, long before I ever said “yes” to Him. This is the substance of my faith: knowing that I am in Him and that He is in me for all eternity. I am eternally secure because of His grace. And this is true for all of humanity! What wonderful news. Let our hearts awaken to the truth of God’s wonderful love for us. Go ahead and read the Mirror Study Bible!! I can’t wait to have a physical copy of the entire New Testament in my hands one day, and share it with everyone I know! ### 5/5 — Amazing Notes *2023-01-30, version 3.1.2* The Mirror Bible will refresh and encourage you. When I select the email address that my account is under, it keeps stating, sign up is not complete and will not let me login. ### 1/5 — Cannot use app *2026-07-01, version 5.0.45* I really wanted to love this purchase, but I cannot get support to use it. When I try to create an account, it won’t let me. I can’t open or access it. I emailed support with screenshots and tried to connect on LinkedIn. I like the looks better than the previous…but it scrolled at a normal pace. ### 1/5 — Bible Doesn’t Exist *2025-11-08, version 3.1.2* I just paid $21.00 for the app and the Bible is not there. There are some notes for certain scripture verses and that’s all. So I just had to ask Apple for a refund. It’s unfortunate too because I was looking forward to reading it. ### 1/5 — - Be Warned - *2020-10-23* This work is so far removed from what might be called “translation”, that it borders on the absurd. One need not have an extensive knowledge of the original languages to see that this “translation” was published in order to promote particular theological ideas, and obscure others: It’s treatment of John 6 makes that clear. I would not say that it has no value, but I would caution any one who would use it to compare it carefully with other, more reliable, committee-done translations: The ESV, NET, NIV, and even the NLT would, in my opinion, be very much preferable to this version, and are all very understandable and easy to read! Crazy hidden agendas pretending to be paraphrased scripture. The entire cosmos is the object of God’s affection! And he is not about to abandon his creation – the gift of his son is for humanity to realize their origin in him who mirrors their authentic birth – begotten not of flesh but of the Father! In this persuasion the life of the ages echoes within the individual and announces that the days of regret and sense of lost-ness are over! That’s not John 3:16.
