it doesn’t work everytime i open the app it lets me set up an account but after that it doesn’t work it just freezes i can’t even play the game

There is no support for this game from the developers. Cannot connect to Facebook although there are prompts and rewards for doing so. It says “this game is not supported. Developers are aware.”

Tech support won’t help me.  I lost all my crystals, amulets and purchases I made after the last iPad os update. I’ve played this game for more than five years under the name Lady Brontë. I recently am unable to hear anything on the game with sounds and volume up. All my other games prove no problem; and I would play it so much more if it was not impossible to get the elephant to cough up the items I need to get into the garden, because it’s impossible to find birds already to trade it with.
