## What is Miru Movies?

Most movie apps show you the poster. Miru hides it.

You read the story first. Three short slides, told the way a friend who loves the film would describe it. If the story hooks you, swipe right to reveal what you've been reading about. If it doesn't, swipe left and the next one comes.

When you're picking what to watch with someone, open Match. One of you starts a session, picks the genres and streaming services. Share the six-character code. The other joins. You both swipe through the same set of films. At the end, you see what you both said yes to.

Two minutes. No arguing.

WHY WE BUILT MIRU

A great film often has a forgettable poster. A bad film often has a beautiful one. We kept skipping films we'd have loved, just because the thumbnail didn't grab us. So we hide the thumbnail and let the story decide.
